Hot Wheels 20212 HW Boulevard Big Hits, Custom '66 GTO Wagon, NEW/LOOSE, red & black (read details)

This car is new, but does not roll well. It has the stock wheels, but doesn't roll like most premium Hot Wheels do. I compared it to two other examples of the same car/casting and they do not roll well either. I don't think it's a manufacturing error, it's just the casting. 
If you're used to the way M2/Auto World/Greenlight roll when taken out of the package, this will not bother you at all.
